So we, my sister and I, finally "cosplayed" for the "anime convention" at animatesanime. It was a lot of fun but oh-so-tiring!!! The pics my little sis took of me were significantly better than the ones I took of her. Maybe I just fail like that or we were reeeeeaaalllly tired (I like to believe the 2nd excuse). I was going to dress up in a school girl outfit as well but well.... we really were too worn out to do another "photoshoot." Therefore, you'll have to settle for just the yukatas~ haha. 

Why not anime characters?: Simply because I can't sew and buying costumes seem to be pretty expensive....

When/where I got the yukatas: I got my yukata about 2 years ago in Yokohama, Japan, in some department store. It was on sale for 6000 yen :D. I bought my sister's at some temple (Asakusa...??? forget).

Anyway, sorry for the messiness. The yukatas don't look the neatest but we tried our best to put it on right ^___^;;;;. So... here goes!
